EziQuotes ("we", "us", "our") provides quoting and invoicing tools for tradies and small businesses via our mobile app and website at eziquotes.au. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Account data — name, email, password hash, and authentication tokens.
Business profile data — business name, ABN, address, phone, logo, payment terms.
Customer & job data — customers, quotes, invoices, labour rates, saved items, and receipts you create in the app.
Subscription data — purchase status, plan, and renewal info from Apple App Store or Google Play (via RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your card details.
Photos you capture or upload — business logos, receipts, and supplier item photos you choose to scan.
Device & diagnostic data — device model, OS version, app version, crash and error logs.
Provide and sync the EziQuotes service across your devices.
Generate quote/invoice PDFs.
Process AI-based receipt and supplier-item scanning (see §4).
Manage your subscription and entitlements.
Diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
Communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
Camera — to capture your business logo, scan receipts, and scan supplier item lists.
Photo library — to select an existing logo or receipt image.
Notifications (optional) — for subscription and service notices.
You can revoke any of these at any time in your device settings.

Apple Inc. (USA)
processes purchase tokens and subscription status through the App Store's StoreKit framework when you subscribe via an Apple device. Apple does not receive your invoices, quotes, customer data, or any content you create within the app
Data is stored on Supabase servers using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.
Your data may be processed in the United States, European Union, or other regions where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from active systems within approximately 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax/accounting records you've exported remain yours).
Depending on your location (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, Australian Privacy Act), you may have the right to:
Access a copy of your data.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
Export your data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g. OAIC in Australia).
You can delete your account and all associated data in one of two ways:
In-app — go to Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm.
By email — send a deletion request to brunt227@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
EziQuotes is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
